Tidewater Roofing, a leading roofing company in Southeastern Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Roofing Superintendent. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage residential roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Work with various roofing materials including Shingles, Metal, EPDM, PVC, TPO, & BUR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years hands-on experience in roof installation and repair or related field.
• At least four years in a management capacity within the light commercial and residential remodeling construction industry.
• High School Diploma with some advanced training in construction management, business management, or related field.
• Proficiency in basic computer and smartphone operations. Experience with CRM/Project Management software is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent physical health and conditioning, with the ability to handle high-stress situations and long working hours.

Compensation

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $52,000 to $90,000, with the potential to earn more through performance bonuses.
